Michael and his wife Cynthia are owners of the Eastport Breakwater Gallery. He attended the University of Maine at Orono and graduated with major in English Literature and a Minor in Art. Much of his career included construction, finish carpentry and architecture. Woodcarving has always been a love and he has a keen interest in Folk Art. The combination of driftwood, woodcarving and Folk Art seemed like a natural evolution of his art. Cynthia & Michael live in Eastport all year and are active in the community.
